Our congregation is searching for an enthusiastic, faith filled experienced Pianist/Organist who
loves to enlighten the Congregation with traditional hymns on Sunday mornings! We are a
neighborhood Church where everyone is family. Please consider joining us and adding to our
worship.

Requirements:
The Pianist/Organist must have adequate knowledge of both traditional and contemporary
worship music with experience playing both the piano and organ in order to provide the music
for the various worship services.

This is an hourly position averaging 8 hours per week reporting directly to the Pastor.
Applicants should exhibit the following traits and characteristics:

 Positive attitude and personality.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
 A strong work ethic and desire to enhance our music ministry.
 

Specific Responsibilities:
 Work with the Pastor and Choir Director to coordinate, plan and execute weekly 9 A.M.
worship service in addition to special Church services, including but not limited to
Christmas Eve Services, Holy Week, Weddings, and Funerals.
 Participate in weekly Wednesday night Choir rehearsal.
 Play for all worship services on piano and/or organ using music to inspire and bring the
message of the Lord to the Congregation.
 Coordinate and arrange qualified substitute accompanists for dates when you are
unavailable in accordance with the annual Terms of Employment.
